OASAS Prevention Program
YCAP operates an Office of Addiction Services, and Supports (OASAS) funding Prevention Program dedicated to reducing substance use and promoting healthy, informed choices across the Yonkers community through evidence-based education, community outreach, and prevention strategies. The program addresses risk factors associated with alcohol and substance misuse while strengthening protective factors for youth, families, and adults. YCAP's OASAS Prevention Program focuses on early intervention, awareness, and community collaboration to support safer and healthier neighborhoods.

SOR Program
YCAP Substance Use & Opioid Response (SOR) Program is committed to addressing the growing impact of opioid and substance use within our community. Through prevention education, early intervention, and community collaboration, YCAP works to equip youth and families with the tools needed to make safe, informed, and healthy choices.
The SOR Program aims to prevent opioid and substance misuse by increasing awareness, strengthening protective factors, and providing youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead healthy, drug-free lives.
Opiod & Substance Use Prevention Education
YCAP provides evidence-based workshops that educate youth on the risks of opioid and substance use, including fentanyl awareness, misuse prevention, and the long-termm impact of addiction.
