YCAP’s Youth Employment Program (YEP) provides young people with meaningful work experience, career exploration, and skill development to support their transition into the workforce. Through paid employment opportunities, job readiness training, and mentorship,

participants gain valuable professional skills, build confidence, and develop a strong foundation for future academic and career success.

YCAP’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program helps adults and youth build the skills needed to secure employment and achieve long-term economic stability. Through career counseling, job readiness training, occupational skills development, and supportive services, the program connects participants to education, training, and employment opportunities aligned with local labor market needs. YCAP’s WIOA Program empowers individuals to strengthen their workforce potential and advance toward sustainable careers.

The YCAP Summer Leadership Program is designed to empower young people with leadership potential by helping them build confidence responsibility, and real-world skills that last a lifetime. Through hands-on activities mentorship, and structured work experiences, participants strengthen communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities while gaining a strong work ethicc. Youth in the program also ahve the opportunity to earn money while learning valuable life and leaderhsip skills that prepare them for future education, employment, and community involvement.
